Help fund the completion of Marcus Reeves debut solo album. To release the album Marcus needs to raise £3,000.00 towards studio and CD production costs.
'Quicksilver - The Masquerade Macbare', is a thirteen song labour of love which is currently being crafted independent of any record label or management backing. Marcus Reeves has been collaborating with arranger and musical director Michael Roulston and producer Nick Trepka on these, his first commercially available studio recordings.
The first single 'Black Tears' is out now on iTunes and has attracted four star reviews from Polari Magazine and Music Review Unsigned as well as a five star average rating from iTunes listeners.
Special guests on the album include cabaret compere Benjamin Louche, Adrian Stout of the Tiger Lillies, members of rock band Uberkaboom as well as a top secret vocalist yet to be announced.
Six songs have been mixed and mastered but Marcus now needs to raise finances for further studio time and towards production of CD copies of the album once it has been completed. Any funds left over will go towards paying musicians to perform at a launch event for the album.
There are a wide range of rewards available for funders, reflecting the variety of Marcus Reeves career so far. Many items are taken from his own personal archive and are not available elsewhere.
