The beauty pageant/game show for fatties is back for its third annual outing every Thursday in March 2013, and we want to be bigger and better than ever...but we need your help!
For the past three years Burger Queen have been giving sell-out audiences a veritable all-you-can-eat buffet of showbiz razzmatazz and a side helping of rad fat politics drizzled with pithy comment on the state of Britain's waistbands.
Every Thursday in March at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in London will see 9 contestants battle over three heats and one grand finale to be crowned BURGER QUEEN. We want 2013 to be fatter than ever. We have BIG plans and would love you to be our feeders. Can you help us raise at least £600 to make our chubby dreams come true? Your cash will help pay for a production manager to make the events run smoothly, the countless glitter curtains for our two stages, and film documentation of each weekly event. We'll be honest with you.
We've never ever made any money from this event, and have never been able to pay ourselves. We do it because we love Burger Queen and believe in it. We hope you do too.
